Catching the breeze – Is Croatia ready for offshore wind projects?
National Grid, an energy developer based in Ireland and the UK, is setting its sights on Croatia’s Adriatic Sea. The company is in the early stages of exploring potential sites for offshore wind farms, with a 500 MW project off the coast of Istria County in mind.
